"These chlorine tablets do the job, but..."
These chlorine tablets do the job, but compared to others I’ve bought before, they’re just okay. A few of them arrived cracked, and they seem to dissolve a bit faster than the ones I usually use. Not terrible, but I’d probably compare options before buying these again...

"Backorder should’ve been clearer upfront"
I ordered a couple of pool parts from intheswim.com, and after I placed the order, I found out one of the items was on backorder. That was frustrating because I feel like that kind of thing should be made obvious before checkout, not after you’ve already paid.
Customer service did get back to me and gave me an updated date, which I appreciated, but the wait still ended up being longer than I expected. It wasn’t the worst experience, but I do think they need to be more accountable about showing accurate stock info and setting realistic delivery expectations.

"Such a relief how easy the return was"
I was a little worried about having to return it, but the whole process was super easy. I got my refund quickly and didn’t have to deal with any stress or hassle, which was such a relief.

"Pool Closing Order Showed Up Fast"
I grabbed a pool closing kit, some winter cover clips, and shock from In The Swim, and it all came quicker than I expected. Everything was packed fine, nothing was leaking or busted, so that was a relief. Prices were better than my local pool store too, which is great because that place annoys me sometimes. Used it last weekend and the closing went smooth. Not exactly thrilling stuff, but hey, it worked. I’ll probably order from them again next fall...

"New pump and filter are doing exactly what I hoped"
I ordered a new pump and filter from intheswim.com, and so far they’ve been working really well for my pool. The water cleared up faster than I expected, and the pressure has stayed nice and steady, which tells me everything is running the way it should. No problems so far, and I’m happy with the purchase

"Fits Well, Surprisingly Enough"
I ordered a pool liner from In The Swim and, it turned out well. The material actually feels thick and not like some flimsy thing you’d regret buying immediately, which was a nice surprise. The seams look solid, and it went in easier than I expected, so that was refreshing for once. Now that the pool is filled, it looks great. No issues so far, but obviously I’ll be keeping an eye on it.

"Tracking was super easy"
I ordered some pool stuff and, the tracking was really clear the whole way. I got updates when it shipped and again when it was getting close, so... no guessing or wondering where it was. Everything showed up right when they said it would.

The box arrived in great condition, so I’ll give credit where it’s due. It was packed well, nothing leaked, and nothing looked banged up, which shouldn’t feel like such a relief, but here we are.

"Better than I expected"
I ordered some pool chemicals and a new cover from intheswim.com. wasn’t expecting much, just needed the stuff. But the cover showed up and it actually feels solid. Thick, not that flimsy cheap kind. The chemicals did what they were supposed to do too. Pool looks fine, no weird issues after a few weeks. So yeah, kind of pleasantly surprised. I’d order from them again...

I ordered some pool chemicals and a replacement part from intheswim.com mostly because it said everything was in stock. At this point, that’s my shortcut: if a site says it has what I need, I just go with it and hope I don’t get the dreaded backorder email later. This time, it actually worked out. Everything was available, shipped when it said it would, and there weren’t any random delays or surprises. that alone made the whole thing way less frustrating

I had a setup issue with my pool stuff, and it was frustrating. It just wouldn’t work, and I kept running into the same problem over and over. Tech support walked me through it fast though, and the people were nice. I’m glad it’s working again, but man, the setup was annoying. Really annoying
